Land on Heart is an Aboriginal owned and operated digital solutions company.
Our primary purpose to is enhance the visibility and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and culture into the digital sector.
Land on Heart sees a critical part of it’s work to building the pathway for Indigenous people to experience a positive and rewarding career in tech – and therefore operate community programs such as the tech skills hubs.

TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM
- Up to 8 positions available for an IT traineeship.
- Open to school leavers and career-changers.
- Includes work-based training in an IT support centre, mentoring, Coaching, and accredited training in Certificate III in IT.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- IT Service Management: Customer enquiries, general IT support.
- Microsoft 365 environment support and configuration.
- Desktop support and troubleshooting.
- General IT security support.
- Collaborative team environment for timely resolution of IT requests.
