STEVEN GRAY

Chairman & FOUNDER

Steven is the chairman & founder of Land on Heart, established in 2023, and Utilitise IT, established in 2016, and has over 30 years
of technology and business leadership experience across a number of Australia’s largest organisations, including Coles, Transurban, Spotless and KPMG Australia – with a proven track record in IT Transformation and improving service outcomes through the use of technology.

As a leader, Steven values social responsibility, and has given his time and support across locally community groups coaching and developing junior sporting talent and disabled athletes.

Steven is an Indigenous man who is on a journey of discovering his cultural heritage; a part of his identity that has largely been repressed with his mother and her siblings members of the stolen generation. A key driver for Steven as he reconnects to his heritage is on how he can grow and learn from Indigenous leaders – and how he can make a genuine difference in promoting and generating meaningful opportunities to First Nations peoples.

LAND ON HEART
Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation, Land On Heart technologies acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We seek to discover and learn from this rich heritage both in our actions today and our plans for the future.
